Is it possible to purchase properties at 40-75 cents on the dollar?

Absolutely!

In this market many unfortunate people are forced out of their homes because of changes in their loans and unable to avoid foreclosure.This is an unusual opportunity to purchase property at discount prices. Bank inventory is increasing because of unregulated loans sold 2 to 3 years ago that are turning into variable rate and taking price hikes beyond the means of making payments. This is the next cycle.
