I liked helping Cheryl find a home in California. My favorite quality in Cheryl is that she let me do my job as the California Real Estate Agent by following the steps that I gave her without second guessing me. She was thoroughly committed and dedicated and this allowed me to give her some of my time.

Cheryl realized even before we made contact that real estate is a business and that she needed to first become a client if she wanted to receive the help she wanted. She invested in my ca real estate services before I ever made contact with her and continued to invest before I saw her which showed her seriousness to move in. There is more too.

Cheryl demonstrated high motivation to find a new house in Southern California with fast correspondence and responses over the phone and via email. This is critical because real estate markets can change so drastically, literally within a matter of minutes, if someone is nonchalant or gets back to you in a couple of days rather than right away they can lose the desired property because of another buyer especially if it is a nice property in key market areas where there is healthy demand.

Cheryl's success can also be attributed to her ability to improvise. Like most buyers, she wanted properties that were higher than her price range. So, in order to obtain the results she wanted she not only had to think fast, but think outside the box and be willing to adjust and still stay positive. Ultimately Cheryl did not obtain her first choice because it was snapped up within a day after our initial inquiries even with our fast correspondence, but instead of becoming flustered she instantly moved on and this was also key to our success. She did not dwell on the negative and that helped her stay more focused and give more serious attention to the rest of the available options I had for her and it made me feel more positive about who she was and reassured me that she was worth the service. She is a team player, We worked well together back and forth and in a very short period of time, about 1 week from our first correspondence, we found a huge house in a desirable area within the price range that she wanted when she first contacted me and she moved in and lives happily ever after in the California real estate market.
