Property investors are becoming ever more adventurous and are continuously looking further a field for their next overseas property investment. Each year new markets seem to emerge that offer property investors the chance to make money.

Certain overseas property markets have really captured the imagination of investors. A good example of this is Bulgaria. A few years ago with properties available that were incredibly cheap, investors started to pick up bargains. The press became interested and investing in Bulgaria became the place to invest. Bulgaria is still popular but people are still on the look out for new markets.

Investing in Spain has been very popular in recent years. The Spanish market has slowed and with this investors have also been looking elsewhere for their investments. Spain will always be popular however as it has attractiveness for holiday homes and other uses not purely for investment. Investors are moving elsewhere to acheive the growth that Spain had, maybe other locations can provide that growth.

With the amount of migrant workers coming to the UK recently Poland has been increasingly talked about. The property market in Poland is providing investors with excellent returns and there seems to be no limit to to countries growth. Overseas property investment in Poland is becoming increasingly popular with investors, many believing they have found an excellent market for long term investment.

There are many smaller cities in Poland where property prices are rising rapidly. The older markets of Krakow and Warsaw have not been as popular and these new cities are rising rapdly in popularity and price. People have been looking to make an overseas property investment in cities such as Poznan, Lodz, Gdansk, Wroclaw and other smaller cities. There is high demand from locals for these properties too.

If investors are looking for an up and coming country then surely Poland is this country. The economy is rising rapidly, so are property prices. Some investors in the property market have had 100% returns from their investment. Polish people are themselves taking advantage of this boom and making investments. Investing in Poland can only be a good thing.
