Southern California Real Estate Agent Statistics:

All my listings sold within 4 months 2002-2006. No listings expired or failed to sell. I achieved a sales to list price ratio of 98% in 2004. This means that on average my clients retained 98% of their desired list price which they determined before making the decision to call me, the Southern California Real Estate Agent. I sold one 3 bedroom home above the appraisal price which held a 6 month highest sales price record for like properties within 4 miles in Garden Grove, Orange County. Personal Background

I love Southern California and am familiar with many of its landscapes from the beach to the mountains, from the LA Metro to Orange County, uptown, downtown, Beverly Hills or Huntington Beach.

I grew up both surfing and snowboarding, playing football, baseball, wrestling and rugby. I have also traveled extensively throughout the United States, Europe, and Asia.

I won the scholar athlete award at Los Alamitos High School, graduated cum laude in Entrepreneurship at the University of Southern California on a full scholarship in 1999. I was the only undergraduate to win the Marshall School of Business Honor Society scholarship award my senior year.

I worked in the film industry and Paramount Studios in the International Television department before I decided to branch out into real estate in 2002. I obtained a masters degree in Theology from Biola University in 2006. My enthusiasm for people, business, Southern California and community life in general makes me an excellent real estate agent.
